New for 2008! Dalhousie Castle Archery is now open and we can now offer the medieval sport of archery. Try your hand at one of the most ancient sports from around the world. We use beautifully crafted recurve bows which are suitable for archers of all skill and strength levels and can provide a variety of different targets to shoot at upon your request, from the classic "bullseye" target to balloons or games such as darts or tic-tac-toe.
Your session will begin with a brief tuition period and introduction to your equipment before proceeding to an enjoyable shoot with our experienced Archery Leaders. Archery can be done as a standalone, or why not experience the excitement of two medieval sports by combining Archery with a Falconry session for individuals, or with a hands-on display for Weddings and groups? Dalhousie Castle Archery welcomes children aged 9 years and over with adult supervision.
